So seriously. I live in an old house made into an apartment. My downstairs neighbor said goodbye and sent back to California. He left his front door open (4 days ago) and from the door way I can see a bike, a computer chair, and some ugly paintings. I am thinking I should grab the stuff before the land lord, and if the neighbor comes back i will let him know I have it.
Anyone see any possible downside to this?
Jonathan

A. the guy almost burned my dog alive by starting a fire in his bathroom for fun!
B. maybe he does not have a key.
C. he came to my door, said goodbye and that he was going back to california.
D. I am 99% sure he is not coming back.
E. If he isn't coming to get that road bike (pretty crappy) I am happ to fix it up instead of someone else getting it for free.

Jonathan | Well get his free stuff and if he comes back lie to him. And if he sees it in your house tell him you've always had it.
