My new favorite show: "The Marty Stuart Show"

It's only a half hour long but you can get a good dose of traditional country. I SERIOUSLY doubt you will see any Kenny Chesney types on there.

A cool tidbit about Marty Stuart: When he was a boy he heard Connie Smith on the radio and he told his mother that he was going to marry her one day-and he did!

OMG, you and I both. I was never much of a Marty Stuart fan, but the guy is talented. Can sing, plays a mean electric - great soloing. But what surprised me most was his accomplished mandolin playing. I've watched several shows now and it's about 45 seconds of talking and about 25 minutes of music. I don't care for Connie Smith or Leroy Troy much. Kicka$$ backing band the Superlatives. Great guest stars - recently Merle and Vince who come to play not talk.

For anyone that's wondering or wants to DVR a show - it's on RFD. Only 30 minutes long, an easy watch.

Great show. Marty is a madman. Cousin Kenny smokes too.

I could do without Leroy Troy, but it's all good.

Dish network took away RFD TV, but now it's back. This show is so cool. Hey Vince Gill, when you're through playin' go sit on that hay bale till your next song.
