A 'Name My Puppy' thread. It's a ChristmaHanuKwanStice miracle!

So we had two dogs living with us. One is very much my wifes dog. In fact she acts like an intruder is breaking in every time I come home. The other is ostensibly my daughters' dog, but she really likes me.

Today, my family had their 'only day everybody is off work at the same time for the Christmas holidays' event and opened presents. I got given a Jack Russel Terrier puppy.

He's so cute I have no words for it. He's mostly white with faint black spots showing through on his back, a mostly black tricolor face and a bunch of spots om the skin of his belly.

My first thought was Jaco Pupstorius. But that pun was so bad that even I resisted. But the Jaco part is awfully appropriate for a bass player. I had considered Jaco and Django for puppy names before but we didn't get to keep that one.

Since he's a Jack Russel, the 'Jac' part of Jaco seems like a given. I haven't really thought of others yet. But it seems tradition to let the people of TB weigh in with suggestions.

So...ideas?

STRICTLY IN LOVE I say

TDDR(too drunk' didn't read)- where's the *Stice* emanate from?
Name the puppy 'Puddles'

Edit: Also, I cringe every time a bassplayer feels the need to tell the world they're a basspalyer via bass clef tats, stickers, naming their puppy after some dead bass*god* etc. c'mon. Anyone who doesn't know you go low doesn't need to know. Puddles, I say.

Ya know, I wasn't even thinking that far ahead. Iggy just happens to be the first name that popped into my head upon seeing the picture. BTW, I love animals in general, but I'm very much a cat person. FWIW.
