Navy Ring Game?

Does anyone know what that game is called that the navy plays that has a ring attached by string to the celing that you release and try to get on a hook? I want to get this for fathers day since my dad really likes this game. Anyone got an idea where i could get one? Otherwise i guess i could make it but it might not turn out that sturdy

It's called Ringing the Bull or Wallhooky.
