As much as people slag on Hayden, he's a pretty good actor, if given the chance to flesh out the character...an opportunity wasted by Lucas' direction. Also evidenced by "jumper"...another crap movie...also wasting Sam Jackson's talents. (but Hayden & Sam together again...eh, Mace?)

Probably a late 60's Teisco or Univox

But in that shape it's hard to tell. A lot of cheap models came out of Japan that used similar bodies and pickups, but with the logo gone it's hard to identify precisely.
