and find myself uneble to fit it!!
i need a plan or somthing of one of thees in a 630mm scal legth guitar..

Try the dedicated luthiery forum, it's a few above this one on the list of forums.
Also, try to be nice to people, in general you'll find it helps down the line here...

Anyway, a little suggestion: if you're trying to push the new truss rod through the fingerboard and into the neck, you're doing it wrong. Trus me
