He is an airedale terrier and is currently 8 weeks old.. born Aug 17th.. at the time of this picture he was about 6 weeks old. He was entirely Mamabear's idea..

and the little bastige is growing on me too..

As it is now I walk him on the sly

... because...

I DON'T WANT A DOG!!! I'M NOT WALKING HIM, FEEDING HIM OR CLEANING UP BEHIND HIM DAGGNABBIT!!!!

I know it is just a matter of time before I am outted

....

cause like I said.. the little bastige is growing on me..

Huh, never seen a puppy Airedale before. We used to have a trio of adult Airedales that would come into the grooming shop every six weeks or so. Hopefully yours will end up better trained than those guys.

Anyway, congrats (I think?).

From all accounts these dogs are very ... independent.. This dog reminds me of the Irish guy from Braveheart.. The one that was Gibson's buddy..
