New Car!

Well, not brand new, but new to me. I just picked up a 2002 Mazda Protege LX. It is in like new condition, brand new set of winter tires, brand new set of summer tires, dealer maintained since new, one owner ect. Couldn't find a scratch, ding or spot of rust anywhere. 200,000km (120,000 miles for you yanks). A great deal for $3,000.

My good friend just paid off an 03 Prot-J LX. Manual,...I taught her how to drive it. She loves it. They are great little cars. $3000 is a steal.

Sweet, those are good little cars. I had a very similar one until recently (totaled while parked by a plower .....). I put about 150 000 km on it (on top of the 120 000 it already had) and never needed any repair beyond usual wear. Not bad in winter too, mine always started at first try (never plugged).

Staying stock. Well, I might upgrade the speakers, as I have a 30 minute drive to work every day.
