New PA or Road Bike

Sold off some gear, squirreled away some cash, and put it in a little envelope marked "BFM PA build"

So, I took the $ I'd been scratching together to fund a new PA build and used it to buy my wife a Trek road bike she's been after for a while.

She's very happy.

So, that's what I did. Just wanted to get it off my chest.

Nah, she isnt going to pony up for a PA. The plan was for me to build one and I need to buy the drivers, crossovers, etc.

I stuffed $50 in the folder today... saving all over again!

The alternative is you buy this PA and she gets mad cause she didn't get a bike. you dodged a bullet the size of a small planet, I'd say.

If your lady is unhappy, some of that unhappiness MAY bleed over on to you and make you unhappy. Some women will make it a point to ensure that you are unhappy, if not down right miserable. These types are NOT "keepers". Just saying.....

OTOH, if your lady is very happy, you WILL be happy too. Sounds like she's a "keeper"
