Don't know if anyone has used this yet, but a friend posted this article about Dwolla, looks like it can give Paypal a run for its money, with cheaper fees.

I hope it does become an alternative to PayPal. Although, Amazon takes the biggest bite out of selling profits. On some items they take 50%.

I'm thinking that minute Dwolla goes public, the fees will rise to make investors happy.

This site only take 25 cents a transaction. Period. Pretty awesome. I think I'm going to sign up, but I feel like people might be turned off if I send an invoice through anything other than Paypal.

You're right, it's gonna take some time before people trust another payment method

I'd have a hard time dealing with a company named Dwolla

But the business model sounds great.

Would this be removed if I posted it in the classifieds as a suggestion?

It was a valuable thread in any event. At the least someone can do a "search" for it (if they're not too lazy). Therefore you got the alternative out there.
