im not a fan of new years resolutions.. i live the way i intend to all the time.. if a resolution ever needs to be made, i dont wait for an occasion to do so..

but i could challange myself and try to do something. 10 day lemon fast, perhaps?

Going to the gym. My football playing days are over, so I need to slim down.

Actually get in shape, not just resolve to like I did, the last 20 New Years?

Practice more. (But the new year didn't make me do that - recording my gigs did!!)

Be less of a buzz-kill on other people's threads?

I don't do resolutions either but coincidentally I think I am going to try the lemon fast as well just to get a cleansing and start eating right.

Basically the same thing as last year, which is to lose some weight. The only difference is that this year I'm going to be celebrating New Year's with family that lives in Philadelphia, and whenever I'm in Philly I make it a point to take down a good cheesesteak or two and some pizza. A hoagie, maybe, but nonetheless it's hell for a New Year's resolution pertaining to weight loss. Oh well. Happy early New Year's guys.

I'm jealous. There is only one joint out here that knows how to make a cheesteak right, and the owner is from Lancaster.

Lucky for me, the joint is less than a mile from my house. I know the guy by name, that is how much we eat there.

Hey, nothing wrong with the guy at the cheesesteak joint knowing you by name! There used to be a cheesesteak joint maybe 3 miles from my house owned by a guy that used to live in Kensington, so the food was pretty darn good. Anyway, the guy knew me by name, too. I really can't help it- when I'm in Philly I just really pig out, the food is really good.

I don’t do resolutions, but I have a few things that I’m constantly working on: Quitting smoking, cooking more rather then food out of a box/can, playing more bass, saving some money.

When I go back home to Altoona, I do the same thing for the same reason.

Only 4 days!!! Yeesh.

I can only say that I'm excited about the new year. 2009 has been the worst.

Next year I will work hard to lose 10 more pounds and improve my fat/muscle ratio, go to school, work hard at that, and play bass again. I barely played in 2009 and I'm not pleased about it. And bank away money.

Same here.

I want to make use of the YMCA membership that my wife and I got each other for X-mas and not just squander it away.

I want to try to be a little cleaner in the kitchen area and eat less fast food (those sort of go hand in hand,...)

Me: what's for dinner?
Wife: Well we could cook at home but we would have to clean the kitchen 1st.
Me: So McDonalds (actually we like a local burger joint called D.Lish's) then.

I have already started a workout routine (not a resolution). my resolution is to just not be lazy and quit.

Uh, play more bass and record more music?

Quit falling behind in my walk with Jesus.
