He said that he was tired of being criticized by other Jets fans, so he'll be attending the games incognito. Can't say that I blame him, considering the embarrassing exhibition the Jets put on against the Pats. Personally, if I was a Jets fan I'd become a Giants fan in a hurry! At least the Giants are a real team, unlike the clown show the Jets have become.

I love the GIF someone posted of Sanchez getting " a nose full" of his center.
Great stuff.... |

No one else has ever refused to play for the team they were drafted for & gotten it to work out for them. put your time in, like EVERYBODY ELSE
If it weren't for his last name people would have slapped him down for that... |

I mean, when he got drafted I really enjoyed watching him play. He looked and carried himself like a leader in the making. TBH I think the Jets really, really need a real head coach and fast. Even with Revis down, their football talent is too good for their suckitude to be so large

Im not upset(well, mostly) that the giants beat the pats twice in the super bowl, they played amazing & deserved it, especially the catch with one hand on the ball hugging it to his helmet.
what I am saying is that Eli refused to do what every other NFL player has done. And got away with it because of his name.
jealous? naw, I dont think so.
*edit* Ok elway did it too..still a prima donna move

Well, except every other NFL players hasn't done it. In fact several have pulled exactly what Eli did - specifically John Elway.

Plus, Tebow ain't dumb enough to run straight into his own blockers and fumble the ball.

I really like Tebow. I think it's unfair to him and the Jets organization that he's there. They're paying him to essentially just sit there and do a whole bunch of nuthin'. I'd love to see him drafted somewhere where they would actually utilize him!

The Jets handed him a starting job as a rookie with backups that weren't ever pushing him or threatening to take his place. And they had a very solid defense as well as special teams unit that covered up a lot of his shortcomings. So the Jets just asked him to be efficient and conservative.
But now, the Jets defense it not good and the offense has changed to where they are asking Sanchez to carry them and make big plays and he's just not that guy. I never thought he was a stud, but I thought he could be decent and I still think he can given the right system. |
