Not the same.

Bucs look like utter birks again, attacking the victory formation.

You think??? Good point.

The offense gave up 10 points, the defense - only 6 including OT.

Tom Brady has surpassed his childhood idol- Joe Montana, now with 10 division titles (AFC EAST). A New NFL record.

Even with the UGG boots, guy is tough

Congrats Tom!

And on top of that, Taneyhill missed an open Brian Hartline twice on deep balls. Bleh. Miami only lost by 7, too. They had a decent shot in this one, dammit.

And why do you think that is?

many reasons. mostly, relative exposure--the game was not nationally televised. also, media run for profit--there's no money to be made by stirring up a controversy in this case. another reason is that the aggrieved team overcame the referee's error and won the game anyway. the peculiarities of human nature play a part as well, i.e. the notions of karma and favoritism, anger by losing teams' fans against a winning team, etc. what say you--did i leave anything out?

I'd say it's far more simple, it comes down to one thing you sort of mentioned: Houston already had a double-digit lead on a bad team that's in the league's lowest third in scoring, and it occurred early in the game. Contrast that with the situation two weeks ago and you have your answer.

I'd swear Suh was playing yesterday..... well, being classless and getting in trouble, what he considers playing.

Now ESPN is reporting Suh taunted a concussed, lying on the field player he laid out. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/87...t-lions-antics

I'm looking forward to watching Griffin play tonight. I'm home anyway doing some cooking and cleaning, so might as well queue up some MNF.
