Anyone watching this?
Sidney Crosby's a madman, Ryan Miller's wearing a ski cap over his goalie mask, this game is nuts!

Pretty decent play so far, too.

| | | | Weird game to watch.
So many stoppages.
Plus, the Pens look awesome in the retro unis (Buffalo, eh, not so much). |

1.) anyone else notice how few penalties there were? i mean... come on, there were maybe 5 powerplays all day (yes... i no, other than the one in OT)
2.) there were no fights! i mean, as soon as there was a little scuffle, ALL the refs on the ice were right there to stop it... i mean, come on, let them play a little!
3.) and yes, this may seem like just a sabres fan making excuses for a loss, but doesn't the outcome seem too convenient? i mean, Crosby was the media's star all day, and anyone who never watched hockey would probably only know him because they talked about him so much. other than miller, he was the only one that they even barely mentioned... so for them to go to a shootout and for him to score the winning goal with his anti-shot, seems to fit conveniently into the plot.
oh... and that was a sock on millers head, not a hat lol
