sometime around last october or november, i stumbled across the web cartoon-short series by some guy named dan meth, called "the meth minute 39."
one of the first ones was about a fictitious "crossfire"-style show about decidedly inane topics; here, they argue if rush is heavy metal or not:

anyway, the meth minute 39 has been over for a bit, but now the guy is continuing the series, in a way, with the spin off "nite fite"!

(the animator plays "penalty," the fat one.) so far, there are four episodes, but there'll be a new one every thursday for who-knows how long.
...over a million people watched "internet people," so dan meth's work can't be too foreign to everyone. :/
(personally, i hope that most of the "successful" shorts on the meth minute 39 get spin-offs because, frankly, the world needs more mike tyson hipster brunches and jem parodies.)
