NJL's Yearly PSA on DST and 9Volt Batts!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
Aight, peeps!

Daylight Saving Time is up for adjustment (for most of us in the majority of the States) on this Sunday...

This also means to change out those little 9 volt batteries in your fire alarms/carbon monoxide detectors!! Don't argue, just do it!

Lastly, for those of you that participate in any food threads such as the "this is why you are fat" or anything having to do with "bacon", go ahead and take a laxative this weekend, too!!

Should I lick my 9-volts before installing them? For some reason, I have a habit of licking 9-volts. Also, Dr. Chorizo, should I wipe a particularly soft and stubborn laxative poop until clean, or admit defeat and clean it in the shower?

Our smoke detector is wired into the house current. I'll just buy a new 9V for my active basses I guess.

Damn, I woke up this morning and thought "Yah, I woke up early for once on a Sunday morning....now I can get stuff done"

Then I realized my alarm clock is the one time keeping device that doesn't self adjust for DST.
