I've gotten hooked on texas hold 'em the last 3 or 4 months.

Michigan over the last year or two has authorized licenses for charity casino's and I have a few within a 5 minute drive from me.

You can usually get in the games for $50 - $100. $200 is the max and that's what I buy in at.

I usually walk out even or up .. and have made about $3000 over the last 3 months playing.

I'm definately addicted.

I play a few cash games among friends. Winner buys beer.

Usually a good time, usually don't lose much. Usually average a little more won than lost.

I got really into hold'em about 4 or 5 years ago when it became huge on tv. I still occasionally play, but mostly for fun.

I play with some friends every few weeks or so, never anything big, like $5 or $10 buy ins.
