First week of my senior year and already there's hurricane days! Could this get any better?
Actually it could, because the bus ride in the afternoon really bites, but I won't have to deal with that tomorrow or Thursday!
Anyone else going to take a vacation for Fay?

However, this doesn't change the fact that I'll be sitting at my desk, in my office, working...just like I am right now. |

Anyone else going to take a vacation for Fay? | What the heck is/are "hurricane does"? I've spent most of my life in Florida, yet never heard this term.

Too bad I have to go tomorrow (junior BTW).

But the only time I've ever actually seen them do it is when we were off for two weeks 'cause of Hurricane Wilma in '05.

All my friends living on campus working staff jobs were forced to evacuate their dorms and be locked in the science building all day. I'm sooooo glad I live off campus.
