Non-Musical GAS?

Sign in to disble this ad
I've been craving for this:

http://www.botachtactical.com/coxsizipjubo.html

And this:

http://www.cutleryandmore.com/shun-c...s-knife-p15286

And custom sparring gloves for boxing.

Each one is about $100.

What about you?

Be careful about dealing with Botach. Google them first then make your decision.

Ooh, thank you for the warning. I've found cheaper places, so I probably wasn't going to buy from them in the first place. Thanks for the heads up.

I bought the Odyssey last weekend, so I guess now it's on to new house GAS.

My main GAS (besides basses) is bicycles, specifically custom hand-built road bikes. I'm currently waiting for two of them, one which should completed before the end of the year, the other still has at least two years to go on the waiting list(!) And there are probably close to a dozen more that I would order if I had unlimited income and zero responsibilities.

My other GAS isn't gear, it's an activity...and every time I mention it on TB I get banned.

A .45 pistol. Haven't decided which one yet, but shooting a bunch of them is half the fun.

Remington has a brand new 1911 clone. I want!

I'm not real sure why, but I've kinda been jonesing for one of these:

I have some brush in the backyard that could use a trim.......

I'm GASing for a better laptop. My current one barely gets the job done...it shut off during a presentation I was doing in class on Friday and I literally wound up sprinting all over campus to grab my external hard drive (which I had loaned to someone because he was upgrading to Windows 7). It was a mess. Also, a new iPod Touch would be nice. My old one broke a year ago and I miss it dearly.

And as long as we're going in the dangerous toys direction, I've been into lock picking (strictly as a puzzle hobby) for years, and I could use a new pick set or some bump keys.........

I want an HTC EVO phone but Sprint's plans are way too much. I may end up switching to Virgin Mobile and getting one of their plans.

A Boxee Box to media-centerize my stuff without having an additional computer.

And it even looks rad.

I'm itching for an e-reader and a GPS. I want a new car as well but I think that's going to have to wait until we've appeased my wife's house GAS.

I've been using Shun knives for years, just do it and you won't regret spending the money.

My GAS dilemma is either a house going for sale next to my friend's place at Big Bear (which would be for snowboarding and fun hiking/chill on weekends) or re-doing my backyard. Decision to be made in the next 3 weeks.

I've got 2 SBV's (550+500) and I love them, the one on the right of the pic is an SBV J2, limited run of 100, I'd very much like one, I'm trying to get an owner to part with his at the mo,' it's the only one in the U.K. So more money required I think, he's not biting, more money

I'm easily pleased, that'll do it ; )
