This thing's come a long way. I used to watch this with my oldest son when he was tiny, now he's 14. Love it

The internet's been around for that long? Duude, I'm 16 now and I was like 7 when we got a computer and 8 when we were online.

The Internet's a bit older than 8 years In fact, the Internet as we know it, is roughly about your age.

I can't remember the 1st year we did the Norad Tracks Santa thing, but it's been quite a while now.
I'm doing it now as a matter of fact and calling out updates to my 3 year old.

North American. It was founded as a joint effort between the Canada and US Air Forces during the cold war to protect the continent from commies.
Basically all they do now is track Santa.

Dude, the internet basically came about in the 60s, and the first emails were sent roughly circa 1965, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It all started getting a bit more complicated in the late 70s and early 80s, then transformed the world in the 90s.
So it's been around a little bit more than your humble 16 years.

This Santa tracker thing came on the news today, such a good idea, considering it all sprang from a wrongly dialled phone number.

Dude tracking Santa is awesome. I'm not religious at all and in general I don't like society but I also don't like the stress people get from the holidays but when I get to see everyone so happy as a result of all that hard work it makes me feel good. I appreciate what religion does for other people. I appreciate the hard work everyone puts forth for other people. I appreciate individuals but not society as a whole. And this is why I was thankful on Thanksgiving and continue to be thankful for.
