Nordicware Indoor Smoker

I bought one of these:
http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/prod...p?SKU=16021873

It's an indoor smoker. Since I live in an apartment with a small porch with two Earth Box planters on it I would have no room for a full size one. Besides which, in Lincoln it's illegal to have a grill/BBQ/smoker, etc on a porch.

I was wondering if anybody else has ever used one. Also does anyone know of any smoker cookbook or recipes for vegetables? Since I'm a vege there will never be any meat stuff in there. All the books I've found are for meat with maybe a chapter on veges.

Thanks for any help, or suggestions.

You use what is basically sawdust. Just a couple of spoonfuls is all it uses at a time. Turn on exhaust vent and close vent on smoker.

Planning on doing red peppers first for red pepper and Gouda soup.
