Saltwater is a little better. It would take a lot more current than what would run through those wires to zap someone. Drop an extension cord into a 5 gal bucket and measure the voltage to ground, almost nil.  If the picture was a very dangerous situation, my anodizer and tig welder would have killed me many times by now!!  |
