Thumbs up NS&PD! (new shirt and pants day)

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a show tonight and bought some new clothes, and will probably wear them onstage tonight, because the Crash Pad experience always includes my own unique brand of sartorial splendor.

Besides, each item was bought from different places and sent via different shippers, yet each arrived the same day (of show) and in fact within 20 minutes of each other. I take this as a sign from God!

Shirt:

Pants, new Czech army BDU cargos:

The shirts is mildly interesting. I would personally burn the pants.

Well I considered actually making a comment on another man's wardrobe but was outvoted 2-1 by my testicles.

Wow. Perhaps we need another addendum to the summer threads thread.

Apparently, since I'm reading a comment, your testicles were overruled.

I figured it was covered with the Man Laws, but I didn't think I'd have to go back and add an addendum for threads about clothes.

Maybe a requirement to post should be to read and follow the man laws.

My bad, didn't realize this was the Rampant Insecurity forum.

Of course, you could've simply ignored the thread.

So methinks thou dost protest too much.

You don't know much about cows do you?

But extra points for knowing the word bovine.

Well, that might be part of the problem right there! This is the Terminally Sarcastic Forum. The Rampant Insecurity Forum is two forums back and on the left.

Yeah, but then he wouldn't have been able to post something about rampant insecuri.....oh, wait. I got you guys confused. Now I'm lost. Huh. Oh. I'm back. You were telling Maki that he should have ignored the thread and not posted. So you read his post and then instead of ignoring his post you decided to respond about how he should have ignored the thread? There's a joke in there, but I'm having trouble finding through all the cloudy irony.

Mike
It's because there isn't any.

But thanks for looking.

It should be expected that the OP of a thread responds to posts in his own thread. Especially ones that seem to say that his thread should never have been posted in the first place.

Are you new to the intranets?

Sorry about the panic apparently caused by the mention of of buying a pair of pants and a t-shirt.

Let's just say some of the people here have issues, and leave it at that.

Don't beat yourself up over it; consider it a PSA.
