Right, because only being caught once means youve never done anything of the sort before...
Of course I couldnt say if he had, but IMO, it seems likely.

Anyone who has done any sort of outreach work with hookers knows they get raped by cops on a fairly regular basis. Many cops are fine people, but any position with power draws those who would abuse it. And when their fellows do not vigorously guard against these abuses but cover them up in the name of "solidarity" or "brotherhood" or whatever then they are all impugned. See the "Cops Writing Cops" website for an example...
