That stationery must be stationary. A'course, it usually is.

Aside from spelling, this belongs in the Classified section - if it belongs on TB at all.

Stationery/stationary... That reminds me of an old joke in which a bussinesman while checking in to a hotel asked the cute young receptionist if she kept stationery. To which the receptionist replied:" Yes I do sir, 'till someone touches my ****, then I go all wild.

What is more surprising about the CL ad is that David Lee Roth actually was able to write in 86'

Therefore I'd say it's a fake.
