For Saturday's Barbeque

-Beer Can Whole Chickens
-Memphis-Style Barbeque Pork Ribs
-Beer-Braised Beef Kabobs
-Grilled Shrimp
-Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

Pretty straightforward stuff (allows for consistant grill management through the various levels of drunkeness)

Saturday Burger, Dogs and Beer
Sunday BBQ Chick Breast
Monday is the big family BBQ...I'm sure there will be lots of good stuff..including a keg of Sam Adams!
