OK, we had a 'Best Sriracha' thread, who fries their own chips?

I just fried a few white corn chips and they were pretty decent. I used peanut oil.

Yeah, I know- modern corn is the Devil's spew, but they were tasty.

don't use regular corn meal...use Mexican Masa instead...

add a little salt (to taste), and then salt them when they come out of the fryer.

you'll like the results
