What the hell is this? It seems to be everywhere on the Web these days! It' just advertising for some stupid berry and a "colon cleanser" (Phospho Soda, anyone?)! There is no "flat stomach rule" anyways. Exercise more and eat less. Besides, whenever I see the word "OBEY" my contrarian nature kicks in and I yell out "F-U!"!

Cripes... seems like every site I go to has that advert front and center and I have to try and look around those disgusting photos... let me add... the "after" photo ain't too flattering either!! |

Sometimes the after photo barely looks any better and I can remember in one instance when I thought it looked ever worse. |

One of the guys I knew was buddies with Shepard and he used to ship us boxes of 'em. Later we got posters and T-shirts and when he was in the Bay Area for some kind of conference he crashed at our place for a few days.
I didn't realize until later that he was as big a "name" as he was. I just thought of him as the "sticker and poster guy". |

If you run enough, you're bound to have a flat stomach - if you run fast enough, you simply can't put enough food into your mouth to make up for the calories burned

Thanks for the help! | I don't know what you mean exactly, but on my computer, Firefox looks like this:
Does this look how you want it?
