A properly designed and abundantly stocked woodshop. With some metal fabrication tools as well like a Bridgeport and a nice lathe. I could finally finish building my bass!
Honestly, my only true pure happiness in life, is when I'm making something. Anything. Doesn't matter, as long as I'm filthy and covered in dust of some sort while building it. So having the means to sustain my true happiness without bitching about not having a planer or a bigger bench grinder or enough wood biscuits or the right size screwdriver...
The ultimate woodshop. That would be an ideal wish.
