Just resize any regular picture. You can use photo shop, paint shop, photobucket's photo editor or any other program. If you resize it to the maximum width, nine times out of ten it will be the right file size.

If you have Photoshop, I take it that you don't know the existence of the "Save for web" option.

Crispy,

If you have Photoshop, resize whatever photo you like, or take a crop and resize it. When done in Photoshop you can adjust the DPI and resolution and keep the filesize small.

If you don't have Photoshop, I'll happily do it for you.
