Operation Repo....I don't know why

Anyone watch "Operation Repo"? I have no idea why, but this show is so addicting.

Is it because watching other people argue and fight on camera when they know they're fighting a losing battle is pure entertainment?....

Never seen it. On a similar subject, there was an article in last month's Car and Driver about a new repo vehicle that can reacquire the bank's assests in 8 seconds. It's so effective one company has had 5 stolen.

On a similar subject a repo is something you can use for a hacked ipod touch to install apps.

Not to derail, but the duality of certain terms and phrases in the English language can be a very interesting phenomenon.

That show just bothers me. I understand that the people need to pay their debts, but that meathead guy is always trying to get someone to fight him. It's stupid. Obviously people are going to be mad if their cars is being taken. Why does this clown stand there and prod at them?

I haven't really watched much of it. I am addicted to Parking Wars however.

And on a semi-related note, Discovery Channel is getting its own prison show I think, which brings it to:

Lockup on MSNBC
Inside American Jail on TruTV
Prison Nation on National Geographic
The one on Discovery Channel

I think that makes it possible to watch prison shows 24 hours a day. Why do I love to watch that stuff? No idea.

Hahah professional prisoner... hmmm.

I think it's because I don't plan on ever going there and it's interesting to see such a threatening and scary place through the safety of a camera. You see some pretty darn interesting people on those shows. Kinda makes your own problems not seem so bad!

I watched that repo show once...They had some guys from NJ on there repo-ing cars all over my area... The one guy was this fat greasy Italian guy with long hair, blinged out with gold and the silk shirt/chest hair combo and he had insane fingernails...especially the pinky (he must snort blow out of the that thing all the time)...

It was entertaining...but made NJ look so bad.

Maybe it was a different repo show?

Is this the new reality genre?
