As someone else pointed out, all this shows is that we should have the HPV vaccine in boys aswell (however, a generation or two down the line it would be gone anyway if only the ladies got the vaccine).

The only stand out thing that I can remember (and see on a quick read) is anaphylaxis in a tiny proportion. Which was numbering in 41 cases from 4 million recipients (0.00001%).
