| Well, if it gets you working out, I suppose it can't be that bad. I'm not that familiar with the P90X, but based on the promo, here's a simplified version by myself:
"Want a perfect body? Do weightlifting twice a week, martial arts or yoga class twice a week and aerobic exercise like running or fast ballsports twice a week. Oh, and eat healthy. Repeat for six months - that's it, you're done!"
