Dallas guys, *** is going on with Parcells snatching up nearly the entire defensive coaching staff, not to mention Saprano and Ireland already joining the large Tuna in Miami?
This can't be a good sign for team continuity, can it? At least JJ held onto Jason Garret ...
meh, it should work out fine, although he has definetly been raiding the cowboys staff its not like to coach pool has been picked dry yet, considering i believe only parcells and the ravens have started to hire on new staff. Although it may affect to continuity of the team, it may also bring in some coaches who are better suited to wade phillips and his coaching approach. Also most of those coaches were brought on when parcells was head coach in dallas, so it does not suprise me to see them go. I say yes it shakes things up but the only coach we needed to stay was garrett and we got that, as well as houck i believe for the o-line. He brought us 2 superbowls before i believe, hopefully he can match those results...
