This is terrible news. Pat Summitt is probably the ultimate b@d@$$ when it comes to coaching, I sure hate to see this happen to her.

I hope she can step out of the spotlight and live out her days quietly. This is not something at all pleasant to watch. Thank you Pat for being such a great coach all these years, even though it was at a crappy school like Tennessee.

A lot of happy memories at that stadium. I too, was saddened to hear about Coach Summitt. Her performance will never be matched. God Bless You, Pat.

This is a terrible disease. Imagine that you need to be on a leash just to go to the supermarket so you don't wander off, or not exactly sure where you are or what you are doing. Very difficult on loved ones also.

Apparently, it had nothing to do with not using her brain enough. I've heard that she's the ultimate multitasker. Sometimes, if it's meant to be, it's just meant to be, no matter what you do. This is very sad, and a little scary as well. Prayers to Coach Summitt and all of those close to her.
