Pat Summitt: G.O.A.T.

Pat Summitt and Tennessee won the Women's NCAA Basketball Championship again (#8.) Coach Summitt is already the all time winningest coach of any gender in college basketball, and she is really close to John Wooden territory when it comes to championships. She is the greatest of all time!

BTW, I honestly think Candace Parker could play the #2 guard in the NBA. I don't think she could dominate, but she could play it and compete. She's cute too.

Pat Summitt is one of the most incredible leaders of any gender, any sport. She's up there in Bill Parcels/"Bear" Bryant/Bobby Cox territory.

I had to google Candace Parker. Not too shabby!

I'll still take Wooden, but 8 Championships is damn impressive.

How come she's never gone into the men's game?

I don't know if she is interested in coaching men, but I suspect the resistance to her coaching a men's program wouldn't be worth it to her. That double standard is a shame since so many women's programs are coached by men.

Candace Parker would not make it out of any NBA training camp.

Don't worry, it stopped being English with the Declaration of Independence.

What good is a language if its powers of expression can't be expanded?

Awesome line! I'm totally going to use that the next time someone calls me out on my grammar or vocabulary.
