From ESPN.com......Ex-NBA star Walker arrested in Vegas debt case.

Even the people we think of as "rich and famous" have bills piling up and can't pay them. Granted, these are not normal living expenses, but many people tend to think athletes have more money than they will ever spend.

As for Antoine, I guess not! He made over $9 million a year in his last NBA contract.

It doesn't really surprise me, honestly. Many, many people from all walks of life that get incredible amounts of money go bankrupt because they have no idea how to handle money, let alone that much money. This kind of unchecked spending is exactly what got the US economy into its current state.

I'm not supposed to feel sorry for him, am I?

The guy has a problem and it's far beyond normal spending. Writing 1 million in bad checks in one month? Anyone else would be in jail.
