To The People That I Was Going To Sell To...

Sign in to disble this ad
First off, I would just like to say im terribly sorry. Second off, im pretty sure this is the right section to put this, if not feel free to move it mods... I would have posted it in my 6 page sale thread but I am no longer a Supporting Member, sadly. Well, you guys are probably wondering what in the world has been going on, right? Let me just state that I AM NOT A SCAMMER. I would never scam anyone, especially the nice folks on TalkBass, hence why I use to have a +2 feedback. As some of you might have known, my mother was seriously injured and had been in the hospital. She died two weeks ago, while in the hospital. I dont expect this to be an excuse for me not sending out your items, but I would just hope you would understand that certain things are more important than others. If anyone had noticed, I hadn't been on TalkBass for ages, hadn't even logged on, which isn't like me because I use to be on several times a day. I haven't yet checked my PayPal but by the looks of the thread you all have gotten your money back? If not, I will send it back to you because I dont expect any of you to want to still do buisness with me, considering how extremely mad you were and how much stress and anger I have put you through. Again I am very, very sorry and If you have any further questions feel free to ask them in this thread because I knew a lot of people were left in the dark.

I have no idea what the situation was on the other thread or anything.

But, I am happy to share that I did purchase my Line 6 Bass POD live off of GreyGoose about a month ago. It was a smooth purchase. I had no problems in contacting him during that time and he shipped it in a reasonably quick manner.

From my experience, I would be happy to deal with him again.

That's terrible.

It's nice to hear a reason why everything didn't get shipped, but sad to hear that that's the reason. That would definitely be a more important thing to deal with than getting the stuff out.

Hopefully life starts getting better for you again, hang in there man.

And all that being said, I'd still do business with you if you still are interested to

Sorry to hear about your mother. I experienced the same thing three years ago and I understand how upsetting and devastating that can be to your daily life. NO APOLOGY IS NEEDED!!!!

I'm very sorry to hear about that GG. I am sure that most, if not all of those people, will be satisfied with you taking care of them like you are.

Again, really sorry about the reasons that caused the problems. My prayers are with you.

The big picture just got both clearer and much sadder. My prayers are with you and your family, and I bear you absolutely no grudge.

If it's possible to remove a negative feedback, I will.

I think it is. You can edit your feedback. A neutral would probably be best.

ok, first off, my condolences to you and yours for the tragedy you've suffered. but, in your initial post, you state:

but after sending you several PMs, i finally resorted to filing a claim with paypal. that was on or about the 24th of july. i happened to check your profile about the same time, only to see that you had in fact been online recently, that very day.

right, wrong or otherwise, something still isn't sitting right with me. and if i'm wrong, you have my sincerest apologies for even thinking of implying that you're less than legit.

Yeah I was wondering that too. A few others had seen GG online. It seems if you are online, you can spare one minute (literally) to say what happened, even if you don't return the money or do anything else.

mlwarriner and mattsk42: That was actually my girlfriend who was on my name. Don't think I completely forget about you guys and all that money, because with all that was going on I surely didn't. Also mlwarriner, if you still haven't got your money back id be happy to refund it to you, aswell as anyone else.

WillPlay4Food: I checked my PayPal immediatly after posting this thread on TalkBass. Why didn't I check it before? It was because my girlfriend also told me that PayPal refunded everyone, so atleast that made me feel a little more comfortable. Anyways, it looks like my PayPal account is a big mess now, so il have to get that sorted out sometime.

To everyone else, thank you so much for caring. I really appreciate it.

Bummer man. I understand, and since Paypal refunded me, it's no big deal about the sale at all. I'm sure if you'd have kept up with us (a short PM to all buyers explaning the situation), none of us would've had a big deal waiting. But that's all behind us now.

Onto grieving. I recommend Neil Peart's excellent book Ghost Rider. Helped me through some dark days.
