Performance Laptop for AutoDesk Applications

I am in search of a laptop that will run some AutoDesk applications, AutoCAD and Revit, in particular. My MacBook can't run them, and I'm not about to install BootCamp, because I doubt it has the memory and graphics needs.

HP has some nice looking ones, and I've heard that the IBM Lenovo IdeaPads are pretty awesome, but pricey. of course the HP I want is pricey too. I've also considered an ASUS gaming laptop too...they look pretty cool.

No idea on which brands, but for performance, buy as much RAM and processor speed as you can afford. You will want it, it you are going to be working with anything decent sized and not be lagging. I have 6 gigs of RAM and a quad core processor and I can run AutoCAD with no lag, but by the time that 2012 comes out, I probably wont be able to.
