Passover: they bring their finest whitest lamb into the home as a beloved pet for about a week; subsequently they would sacrifice the perfect lamb forthe Passover feast because this lamb was a Holy Sacrifice for them
Easter: Jesus Christ was crucified to bear all the transgressions of the world for those that saw/see him as Thee Holy Sacrifice... Hence we read and hear the phrase: "Holy is The Lamb" .... |
