Just make a private photobucket account so whenever someone tries to access your folders it asks for a password.

Just send them the images with timecoded instructions to delete themselves after 30 minutes.

You can't, put a watermark on them or something.

It would be doable to distribute images as self-displaying executables with the code to delete themselves. Here are some methods that get around the paradox of deleting an open file: http://catch22.net/tuts/selfdel. You could add a timer process sitting in memory (although you'd need programming experience to implement this stuff).

I've also seen suggestions that it might be possible to manipulate the headers in certain types of image files, so as to have a second header making a Java or VB delete call.

But there's no consumer program or service available to do what you want, and, as Chriss62 mentioned, there's nothing to keep anyone from hitting PrtScrn. Though you could include code to disable that key temporarily.

EDIT: I recall cyberpunk author William Gibson releasing a diskette in the 1990's, coded to reformat after one perusal. Seems kind of quaint now...

Anything that can be displayed or played on a PC, can be captured/copied/recorded, as long as one is industrious. (Speaking as a multimedia professional for the last 13 years )

Including copyright info or a watermark is the closest thing to security you'll get.
