While not a fan of the tunes, he is one of the reasons Ibanez brought back the ATK!

but, in all seriousness, it is very sad. he seemed like a nice guy despite his problems (talking about paul now). I actually enjoyed the band. Even my pals who didnt like them but saw them said it was quite a show. and he played the parts appropriate to the songs and that sort of music. Always tragic when someone goes this way.
meanwhile, NTB frantically tries to contact the remaining members of the band............... |

| | | | Oh great. Now we have 20 years of EXTRA SUPER SPECIAL EDITION IBANEZ GUITARZ THAT ARE THE ONE HE REALLY PLAYED!11!1!1! to look forward to.
Plus he'll probably have a cover story on every bass magazine every year for the next 50 years. Do you know how sick I am of Hendrix and Cobain cover stories?

Not judging YOU, man, but your comments are pretty harsh. He was still a human being. You don't have to be a fan and you don't have to know him...but he somebody loved him and he was going to be a father. Anyway, to each his own, I guess.
I'm not a fan of Slipknot. I've listened to them and--sorry Slipknot fans--I think they're very boring (never saw them live). In any case, my condolesense to his wife, friends, and family.

Do you know how sick I am of Hendrix and Cobain cover stories? | I'm not a fan of the band, but since the man wasn't anywhere near as famous as Hendrix or Cobain (even within the bass world), your reasoning is quite flawed. This is a pretty weak excuse to take a dump in this thread. Quote:

That's for people who loved him, not me.

And no dump has been taken, let the people who have something to be sad about be sad. If that's not you, then this is just news.
