There is a long string of conspiracy theories related to Nibiru though, which is a completely separate entity.
There's a lot of theories behind it, none of which have any hard evidence whatsoever, but crazy people believe it nonetheless. It all ties into 2012 and these Armageddon type theories. Nibiru is said to be a planet that has a ridiculous orbit, and only shows up within Earth's atmosphere every 3000 years or so. There are giants that live on Nibiru, and these are the people that supposedly gave us life. Way back in time, they used Earth as a mining planet because they required certain resources (I believe Gold) to survive, so they used us as slaves to achieve this goal.
