Please help with lyrics (M. Jackson: PYT)

Hi guys.

Im doing a backing track for Michael Jackson's P.Y.T. from the "Thriller" album.

I'm having a really hard time hearing what the lyrics for the background vocals in the bridge section is.

It's from when MJ sings:
Don't You Know Now
Is The Perfect Time

and until the chorus.

I was hoping that one of you guys who has english as first language might be able to hear it.

I offcourse searched all the lyrics databases, but the lyrics for background vocals are offcourse not there.

If I'm not mistaken.....

I think the backing vocals just echo "now"

and "perfect time"

and then "tonight"

and "lovin pain"

chorus says I wanna love you - "pyt" - pretty young thing
you need some lovin - "tlc" - tender lovin care
and I'll take you there
then background says "anywhere you wanna go"

Is that what you were looking for?

yup it is the "perfect time, tonight, lovin pain" thing i am looking for.

But I just can't make that fit with the what they are singing.

Are you shure about it, or does someone have other ideas :-)

It's a joke, BiigM. MJ would randomly say "shamone!" in his songs starting with Bad onwards. It doesn't (as far as I know) have any real meaning. It's a nonsensical sound, much like Pacino's "Huwah!" in Scent Of A Woman.

I listened to the song on my way in to work this morning; it's kinda hard to make out, but I'm fairly certain those are the words....

Baby tonight (tonight)
is the perfect (perfect) time (time)
we can dim the lights, just blah blah blah blah and
tonight (tonight)
feel the lovin (lovin) pain (pain)
let me take you to the max....

unless, of course, I'm wrong.
