Polar bear befriends sled dogs

Norbert Rosing's striking images of a wild polar bear coming upon tethered sled dogs in the wilds of Canada's Hudson Bay. Unbelievable bit of photojournalism.

The photographer was sure that he was going to see the end of his dogs when the
polar bear wandered in.

The Polar Bear returned every night that week to play with the dogs.

It's unbelievable it didn't eat one of those dogs. The bear must have just come off having eaten something. I could imagine a different story had it been hungry.

This is so cool and disturbing at the same time.Things can go very wrong for the doggies in the blink of an eye.

It's like a psychopath toying with his victim.Of course this is not the case,polar bears are more stable than humans but still I'd be very worried if those were my dogs.
