Poorly translated instructions on imported items?

Sign in to disble this ad
After the debacle about "Do not put it in microwaves" I feel obligate to try and reclaim the subject.

What are your favorite examples of instructions on imported items which were poorly translated by the manufacturer? (WARNING: No jokes about new Am**gs, please.....)

I installed an automotive lift in my home garage. On each post is a sticker with pictures showing do's and dont's for the lift. In the last box on the bottom of the sticker is written text. Written by who or where I don't know, but this is what it reads.......

"The sketch is same to the information words, aslo has mostly described the accidents all kinds of lifts maybe occur."

One of my favorites is an advertisement for a model airplane company which states "Respect is not by given, GWS knows that it will be earned by workhard & careness !!"
