Post your favourite salad recipies!

We had my g/f's kid brothers over yesterday, and decided to fix up a nice salad for dinner. So, we got some iceberg lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes, green olives, some pasta, greek cheese, garlic cloves in olive oil and a bit of black pepper. All this and a crispy garlic butter baguette to go with it. Food of the kings, I tell you!

So, post your favourite recipies if you got em!

I'd like salad a lot more if it was made out of MEAT.

hearts of romaine
Niman Ranch ham (or any nice no-nitrate ham)
chopped toasted almonds
red bell peppers
maybe some hard-boiled egg or maybe some fresh mozzarella
sweet yellow onion (ideally 1015's or Vidalias)
croutons
hemp seeds if you're open-minded
Annie's Naturals Tuscan dressing

Awesome.
