Postcard Postage - Question

Sign in to disble this ad
I don't understand the current postage system for postcards. I went to today to USPS to mail a postcard to an area relatively close to me and it came out to 75 cents. Aren't postcards supposed to be cheap....or maybe I'm crazy and that it is cheap.

We pay 60 eurocent for a stamp, which roughly equates to 75-80 dollarcents.

And if you're lucky it actually reaches its destination.

From what I can find on the interwebz, it should be 28 cents. Makes sense because I remember a few years back it was around 21 cents or something.

Go to USPS.gov and check there. If the postcard is oversize for instance, they charge more.
