Yeah pretty much. I'm also of the opinion that you lay in the bed you make and that the father shouldn't have to pay supoprt for a child that isn't really his beyond genetics. The only word that came to mind as I was reading this article was "trash."

That would be enough to make a dude go off the deep end! She even admitted to the fraud and he still has to suffer the consequences?! He should still be able to sue her @$$! If it was me, I would appeal until I couldn't appeal anymore! There's got to be a 'reasonable & intellegent' judge/court out there!

If it can actually been proven that a man only had oral sex with a woman, and she purposefully impregnates herself with his sperm, I think that man should have the legal status of a sperm donor.

From what I can see, some feminists agree that a woman who makes this sort of a decision without a man's knowledge should have no right demand support for the child.

As a father, it would really bother me to leave a child without support, but this is a really ugly situation IMO.

I think that is different, she can always argue that the condom had a hole in it, and man can always use his condoms, and dispose of them himself.

I agree. But a reasonable and intellegent judge seems to be hard to come by.....get it, come by......
