pro-tix will call question?

i bought some tickets for a concert that is coming up next week. i figured ill use the will call box office so i don't lose my tickets before the show. now i just found out that i lost the credit card i used to purchase the tickets with.

the protix website states this: "If you select Will-Call as your delivery method your tickets will be set for you at the box office. You will be able to pick your tickets up during normal box office hours as well as on the day of the show. In order to pick up your tickets you must show the credit card used to make the purchase as well as a matching photo I.D. Tickets will only be released to the card holder."

if i am still able to produce the photo ID but do not have the card can i still claim my ticket?

In my (limited) will call experience I've never been asked to produce the credit card. I hand them the printed receipt and they just ask for ID.

Photo ID yes - CC no.
